DIRECTIONS

driving FROM SOUTH (RHODE ISLAND)

Follow Interstate 95 North to Massachusetts exit #12, which will put you on to Interstate 93 North toward Boston. Take I-93 North Exit 23 (Toward North Street). See I-93 North Exit 23 continuation.

DRIVING FROM SOUTH (SOUTH SHORE)

Follow Route 3 North until it turns into Interstate 93 North, heading toward Boston. Take I-93 North Exit 26 (labelled STORROW DRIVE North Station/Fleet Center/Museum of Science). See I-93 North Exit 26 continuation.

DRIVING FROM NORTH (N.H.)

Follow Interstate 93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Dr./North Station). As you get off at exit 26, merge onto Embarkment street toward Sorrow Drive. Take the ramp on the left toward Cambridge Street, and then turn right when you reach Cambridge Street. Cambridge Street will soon turn into Main Street and then Broadway. Turn right onto Hampshire Street. One Kendall Square is located off of Hampshire street. Look for the large 300 and enter the door below.

DRIVING FROM NORTH (MAINE)

Take 95S to exit 50 towards RT 1 South and then follow Rt 1 South directions below.

FROM THE NORTH (NORTH SHORE):

Follow Route 1 South and go over the Tobin Bridge (the toll is $3 for cars) and through the City Square Tunnel. Take the US 1/I-93 Exit toward Boston. Keep right at the fork to continue toward Embankment Rd/MA-28/MA-3/Storrow Dr. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Storrow Dr/MA-28/MA-3 and merge onto Embankment Rd/MA-28/MA-3/Storrow Dr. Take the ramp on the left toward Cambridge Street, and then turn right when you reach Cambridge Street. Cambridge Street will soon turn into Main Street and then Broadway. Turn right onto Hampshire Street. One Kendall Square is located off of Hampshire street. Look for the large 300 and enter the door below.

DRIVING From WEST

For large vans, buses and trucks: You are not allowed on Storrow Drive due to low bridge clearance (only 9 feet in some places). Take the Mass Turnpike (Interstate 90) East to where it connects with I-93 North. See I-93 North Exit 26 continuation.

For cars and small vans/trucks only: Take the Mass Turnpike (Interstate 90) East to exit #18 (Allston/Cambridge). Merge to the left onto Cambridge Street. Continue over the River St Bridge Cambridge Street will turn into River Street. One you pass over Mass Ave, it will turn into Prospect Street. Continue on prospect Street and turn right onto Hampshire Street. One Kendall Square is located off of Hampshire street. Look for the large 300 and enter the door below.

FROM THE NORTHWEST:

Follow Route 2 and take the MA-16/US-3/MA-2 exit on the left toward Watertown/Boston. Turn left at Alewife Brook Parkway. Turn right onto Massachusetts Ave, after 2 miles make a sharp left onto Cambridge Street and then a slight right onto Hampshire Road. One Kendall Square is located off of Hampshire street. Look for the large 300 and enter the door below.

DRIVING FROM FANEUIL HALL

Take Congress Street heading towards downtown to State Street, where the Old State House is located. Turn right onto State Street and follow it to Cambridge Street. Make a slight left to stay on Cambridge Street. Cambridge Street will soon turn into Main Street and then Broadway. Turn right onto Hampshire Street. One Kendall Square is located off of Hampshire street. Look for the large 300 and enter the door below.

DRIVING FROM LOGAN AIRPORT

As you leave the airport, follow signs for "Boston via Ted Williams Tunnel". (There is a $3.00 toll.) Follow signs to 93N. This links you to Exit 26 off I-93. See I-93 North Exit 26 continuation.

BY SUBWAY

The closest subway T stop is Kendall Station: Take the red line to Kendall Station and then walk west on Main Street and make a right onto Ames Street. Walk up Ames Street and then make a left onto Broadway. Continue on Broadway until you get to Hampshire street and make a right. One Kendall Square is located off of Hampshire street. Look for the large 300 and enter the door below.

BY BUS

By bus: The closest bus stop to FMC is the Hampshire Street and Cardinal Medeiros Ave. The following buses stop there: #85, #CT2, #87 and #88. You may find a bus schedule here link
