IT Apple Certified Trainer / Technician
Future Media Concepts has an opening for a full time staff or freelance instructor for Apple OS X classes for it's NY, DC and Dubai operations. Candidates must have a high level of proficiency and certification on Tiger (and willingness to achieve Leopard certification).

    INTERNSHIPS

    Digital Media Internships

    Future Media Concepts, the nation's premier digital media authorized training center, presents ongoing opportunities for interns at its branch locations. Internships are normally for a period of three to four months (a typical semester or trimester). The Intern understands that this is a non-paid Training Program and that, as a result, they are not eligible for, or entitled to, wages or monetary compensation of any kind for the time spent in their internship.

    As part of the Training Program, Interns will participate in Apple, Avid and Adobe authorized training courses identical to those provided to FMC’s clients, and receive the related certificates.

    FMC has a history of promoting and hiring from within, however, the internship does not guarantee future employment with Future Media Concepts.

    Requirements:
    The ideal candidate possesses excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), is well spoken, with proper phone etiquette and a pleasant demeanor and has basic knowledge of both the Macintosh and Windows platforms.
    Responsibilities:
    These may include assistance with classroom set-up, telephone support and marketing and administrative activities.
    Compensation:
    Upon a successful completion of the 3 month internship, candidates are eligible for five of our manufacturer-authorized training classes that have either a two day or three day duration. These classes have a value of up to $6,750.00. Class books are provided for use during the class only and are to be returned in perfect condition or be purchased at the company's actual cost. In addition, the manufacturer certificate of course completion signed by one of our Certified Instructors is awarded with each class.
