AI Legal: Business Ethics of Content Creation

3 hours

Overview

In this course, attendees will learn about the risks and rewards of incorporating generative AI into their workflow. The terms of service ('TOS') related to generative AI are both complex and, from a business perspective, involve significant risks. Clients typically expect unlimited rights to the work you deliver to them, and those rights may not be available for works that include generative AI material.

We will walk through the TOS for various providers and explain how these terms (and associated risks) translate to you, your business, and your clients’ business. Additionally, we will review the latest developments in the law regarding generative AI. There will be ample opportunities for questions and discussion, ultimately enabling you to identify business and legal risks related to generative AI as they apply to your projects.
